Finals are right around the corner and you’ve been studying like crazy. Put the books down and make a 1-Minute Chocolate Chip Cookie in a mug. What are you waiting for?
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon (pinch) vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1-2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Microwave butter in a mug until melted. Mix in sugars, vanilla extract and salt until well-combined. Separate the egg yolk and mix in until no traces of the yolk are seen. Mix in the flour. Fold in the chocolate chips. Microwave for 50 seconds. Serve warm (maybe even with a scoop of ice cream).
