Financial INFORMATION

Managing your student account doesn’t have to be difficult.

Payment Due Date

Students are responsible for making a tuition payment in full by the first due date of the semester. These due dates can be found on the Student Financial Office website.

If you have been approved and provided proper documentation for the WI GI Bill® and/or the Post-9/11 GI Bill to the VRC, only the portion of tuition not covered by your benefits is required by the due dates found on the Student Financial Office website. All Post-9/11 GI Bill users should be aware that tuition is not requested from the VA until after the term’s final refund drop date.

Payment Plan

All students are enrolled in a Payment Plan by completing the financial agreement in Titan Web to give them more time to pay their bills. Students can pay eligible charges in three installments during the fall and spring terms and two installments during the summer term, with the amounts due visible in the Student Center.

To enroll in the Partial Payment Plan, log in to Titan Web. In the Student Center (Home Page), under the Finances section, you will find the link to electronically sign the Payment Plan.  If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact the Student Accounts Office at 920-424-1332 or sa@uwosh.edu.

Refunds

For credit balances resulting from financial aid over payment, a refund will be automatically generated for you from your student account.

For credit balances created from any other over payment, you will need to request a refund via the UWO Student Accounts Refund Request Form.

These funds will be deposited into a savings or checking account you designate in approximately 5-7 business days following the posting of the transaction on your student account.
