Financial INFORMATION

Affording college doesn’t have to be difficult.

Payment Due Date

Students are responsible for making a tuition payment in full by the first due date of the semester. These due dates can be found at on the Student Financial Office website.

If a student has been approved and provided proper documentation for the WI GI Bill® and/or the Post 9/11 GI Bill, only the portion of tuition not covered by these benefits is required by the due dates found on the Student Financial Office website. All post-9/11 students should be aware that tuition is not reported to the VA until after the 100 percent refund date.

Payment Plan

All students using veteran education benefits are encouraged to enroll in the Partial Payment Plan as a way to give them more time to pay their bill. If the plan is activated, the student can pay the eligible charges in three installments during fall and spring terms and two installments during summer term.

To enroll in the Partial Payment Plan, log in to Titan Web. In the Student Center (Home Page), under the Finances section, you will find the link to electronically sign the Payment Plan.  If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact the Student Accounts Office at 920-424-1332 or sa@uwosh.edu.

Direct Deposit

All students are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit. All money reimbursed or owed to a student is sent using direct deposit. Please note that setting up direct deposit with the University is different than setting up direct deposit with the Federal VA.

Remember to keep this information updated in the event you change banks and/or close accounts. Failure to do so will result in delayed access to your funds.

1. Turn off your pop-up blocker so that you will be able to view the secure direct deposit page as you go through these instructions.

2. Sign in to your Titan Web account.

3. Scroll down to the Finances section and click on the link that says Direct Deposit. It is located under the header Refunds.

4. Once the QuikPay system pops up, click the Direct Deposit link on the left side of the page.

5. Follow the instructions on entering your bank routing and bank account numbers.
