Any student called to active service during a semester has several options besides withdrawing from classes. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with the VRC to discuss the possibilities.

Students are responsible for notifying faculty members of such circumstances as far in advance as possible and for providing the instructor with documentation to verify the reason for the absence.

Faculty members are responsible for providing reasonable accommodations or opportunities to make up exams or other course assignments that affect the course grade.

What a withdrawal means:

• A full refund of all academic tuition and segregated fees.

• No course credits or course grades will be awarded.
