Beginning Thursday, May 13, walk-in vaccinations will be available to all those ages 12 and older at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Culver Family Welcome Center, 625 Pearl Ave., Oshkosh, according to the following schedule:
- Noon to 5 p.m. May 13
- 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. May 14
Next week, the schedule will shift to:
- 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays
- Noon to 5 p.m. Tuesdays
- 9 to 11 a.m. Fridays
A parent or guardian must accompany every child under the age of 18 and remain at the center during the vaccination process.
Free community walk-in clinics also are held 1 to 6 p.m. Wednesdays, at Sunnyview Expo Center, 500 E. County Road, Y, Oshkosh; offering the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
If you receive a two-dose vaccine, visit https://www.vaccines.gov/ to find a convenient location to get your second dose.
Testing update
The COVID-19 community testing site at Culver Family Welcome Center, 625 Pearl Ave., will close Friday, May 14.
Mobile COVID-19 testing in the Culver center parking lot will be available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays and Fridays, beginning Friday, May 21. To request a test at the mobile site, visit DoINeedaCovid19test.com.
