What is your career or life goal?
My goal is to enter C-level management to help innovate and direct organizations to the highest potential. I believe we are on the verge of a paradigm shift in how we conduct business in the United States, and I want to be part of it.
What led you to choose your program or major?
My parents owned a paper converting company, and it is an environment that is natural to me. I decided to major in business management because I believe that every person has a higher potential. We just need to figure out how to unlock it.
Why did you decide to become a University of Wisconsin student at UWFox?
The UW-Fox Valley campus is close to home and was an excellent choice that allows me to work while earning my degree.
Is there a UWFox professor or staff member who made a difference in your life or inspired you?
Every professor at UW-Fox Valley has made a difference in my life. In all of the classes I have taken, the professors teach multi-dimensional thinking and promotes the importance of logical and critical thinking.
What is one piece of advice you would give to an incoming UWFox student?
Let go of your past and embrace your future; prepare yourself to be challenged. If you don’t understand a concept during class, ask your professor. Remember you are coming here for a higher education; don’t deprive yourself by not asking for help.
Describe something unexpected that happened here at UWFox.
I was amazed at how easy it is to meet new people from diverse backgrounds, and I enjoy the ability to have high-level intellectual conversations about global issues.
When not in class or studying, what keeps you busy?
I work full time but enjoy staying active by running, exercising, and playing a simple round of golf as often as possible.
What are your plans after UWFox?
I will be completing my associate degree at UW-Fox Valley, and I am currently enrolled in classes at UW-Stout for my Bachelor of Science Degree-Management, with a concentration in Business Management.
