The $50 application fee for students applying to attend fall classes at the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley, a campus of UW Oshkosh, is waived now through Aug. 23.
As part of a UW System restructuring initiative, UW-Fox Valley and UW-Fond du Lac joined with UW Oshkosh, becoming one university with three campuses. UW System has waived the application fee for students applying to any of the 13 former UW Colleges campuses, including UW-Fox Valley.
“Waiving the application fee demonstrates our continued commitment to the access and affordability mission of these campuses,” said President Ray Cross. “During this transitional period of our restructuring, we want to reassure prospective students that all campuses remain open and we encourage them to apply and enroll.”
To provide information and answer questions prospective students may have, UW-Fox Valley is planning two information sessions for adult students beginning or continuing their college education. Sessions will be held Thursday, July 19, and Thursday, Aug. 2. Adult students can stop in anytime during the open house hours of noon to 6 p.m. on these dates and speak with admissions counselors, academic advisors and financial aid specialists. Read what one of our adult students says about attending UW-Fox Valley.
All events will be held in the Emeritus Room at UWFox, 1478 Midway Road, Menasha.
