Students interested in attending fall semester classes at the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac, a campus of UW Oshkosh, can save the $50 application fee now through Aug. 23. The application fee is waived now through Aug. 23.

As part of a UW System restructuring initiative, UW-Fond du Lac and UW-Fox Valley in Menasha joined with UW Oshkosh, becoming one university with three campuses. UW System has waived the application fee for students applying to any of the 13 former UW Colleges campuses, including UW-Fond du Lac.

“Waiving the application fee demonstrates our continued commitment to the access and affordability mission of these campuses,” said UW System President Ray Cross. “During this transitional period of our restructuring, we want to reassure prospective students that all campuses remain open and we encourage them to apply and enroll.”

To provide information and answer questions prospective students may have, UW-Fond du Lac is hosting Walk-in Wednesdays, noon to 4 p.m., July 11 through the end of August. No appointment is needed to speak with an advisor during Walk-in Wednesday times.

Two information sessions for adult students beginning or continuing their college education at UW-Fond du Lac will be held Tuesday, July 31, and Wednesday, Aug. 15. Adult students can stop in anytime during the open house hours of noon to 6 p.m. on these dates and speak with admissions counselors, academic advisors and financial aid specialists. Read what one of our adult students says about attending UW-Fond du Lac.

All events and Walk-in Wednesdays are held in the Solution Center at UW-Fond du Lac.
