University of Wisconsin Oshkosh alumni Nathan Krueger ’98 and Leah Rockweit ’08 will perform as guest soloists with the Oshkosh Chamber Singers Saturday, Oct. 30.

Krueger, a baritone, has a doctorate in vocal performance and is with the Florentine Opera Company in Milwaukee. Rockweit, a soprano, is working on a master’s degree in vocal performance at UW-Madison.

The Oshkosh Chamber Singers will perform Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, under the direction of UWO music professor Carl Chapman, for the first concert of the 2010-2011 season at 7:30 p.m. in Alberta Kimball Auditorium, 375 N. Eagle St.

The Badger State Girl Choir, the UWO Chamber Choir, the UWO Le Choeur de Femmes, UWO University Choir  as well as a third soloist, tenor Steven Spears, will join the Oshkosh Chamber Singers for the concert.
