University of Wisconsin Oshkosh students, staff, faculty and friends join in on the festivities for Fall Fest on the Fox, Sept. 24 and 25. The festival included the annual Fish Fry on the Fox dinner buffet, Salute to Scholarship, Breakfast with the Chancellor, Oshkosh Community Dragonboat Race and Festival.
