About 90 members of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus community gather to remember the lives of those affected by the shootings at Northern Illinois University. The vigil was held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Reeve Memorial Union, 748 Algoma Blvd. A banner containing notes written by students, staff and faculty will be sent to Northern Illinois University.
