The Gamma Chapter of Alpha Kappa Delta (AKD)—the International Sociology Honor Society—proudly announces the initiation of its newest member: Carly Elizabeth Persson of Hewitt, Wis.

Members must have a high grade point average overall and in their sociology courses. Few meet the high eligibility standards of AKD.

Gamma Chapter is the local UW Oshkosh AKD chapter. Current officers are: Aaron Jackson (Appleton, President), Angela D. Thompson (Neenah, Vice-President) and Carly Persson (Secretary-Treasurer).

AKD is advised by Peter Remender and Orlee Hauser.
