The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus community is invited to join the UW Oshkosh Foundation, the UW Oshkosh Veterans Resource Center, UW Oshkosh’s ROTC and other guests at the official flag-raising ceremony outside the new Alumni Welcome and Conference Center at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1.
The UW Oshkosh ROTC will provide a color guard for the ceremony, and UW Oshkosh student veterans will be on hand to help raise the flags outside the new facility at Pearl Avenue and Wisconsin Street off the Fox River.
