Registration is now open for the March 15 Shamrock Shuffle 5k, hosted by the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Student Recreation and Wellness Center, benefiting Oshkosh Area United Way and multicultural initiatives at UW Oshkosh.
The 5k run/walk is a chip-timed event. Participants can pick up race shirts, bib numbers and chips from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 14 at the UW Oshkosh Student Recreation & Wellness Center.
Team captains or another designated representative may pick up the entire team’s packet during that time. Shirts, bib numbers and chip timing devices not picked up on Friday will be available at 9 a.m. on race day.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and the top male and female finisher for each age division. All participants 14 and younger will receive a ribbon for participation. Team awards are given for top performances, greatest team sizes, spirit and more
