Dr. Doug Killough, Leadership & Partner Development of Schreiber Foods, will be the featured speaker at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business’s next MBA Leadership Series event on Nov. 14 in Green Bay.

Killough’s workshop is scheduled for 8 a.m. to Noon at the UW Oshkosh Green Bay Executive Education Center, 333 Main St., Green Bay.

The workshop will focus on developing effective managerial coaching skills and will center on a coaching model developed by Killough called the EDGE Framework, a philosophy well grounded in adult learning theory, with strong practical application in a wide variety of real-world settings and industries.

The components of the EDGE acronym include: Encourage Receptivity, Diagnose the Situation, Goals and Accountabilities and Experience and Reflection. This workshop offers entertainment value and concepts proven to be game-changers for numerous business leaders.
