University of Wisconsin Oshkosh employees who also are alumni are invited to a special Titans X 2 Appreciation Lunch on Friday, Sept. 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pollock Alumni House.
“We want our alumni-employees to know just how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication to their alma mater. They have double the commitment and double the Titan pride, so we are honored to host them at this special event,” said Alumni Director Christine Gantner. “We are hoping that the lunch also will serve as the launch of a new Titans X 2 Alumni Chapter on campus.”
The lunch, sponsored by Alumni Relations, Liberty Mutual and Titan Central, is part of the 2013 Fall Fest on the Fox celebration.
The event includes a free lunch from Lara’s Tortilla Flats, a short presentation about special alumni insurance discounts and the launch of our new Alumni TitanCards. Those who cannot stay for the entire event are encouraged to stop by for a quick break in their schedule.
The brief program begins at noon. Guests are invited to bring their current insurance paperwork if they would like a free quote or an insurance review.
Those who register early for the event by Wednesday, Sept. 11, will be among the first UWO alumni to receive a new Alumni TitanCard for free (a $10 value). Participants may choose between two fun design options (a drawing of the campus-scape or a photograph of Clash the Titan), while still enjoying all the benefits and convenience of their regular UWO employee TitanCard.
