University of Wisconsin Oshkosh students, staff, faculty and friends enjoy a cool treat during the first Summer Scoops event of the season on the patio outside Albee Hall. Ice cream will be sold from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays through Aug. 17, with different flavors featured every week. In the event of rain, Summer Scoops will relocate to the Reeve Memorial Union Concourse.
