At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 9, 2010, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh police officers responded to a report of an individual in Donner Hall on the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus. According to several witnesses, who provided a detailed description, the individual was attempting to conceal himself in a women’s restroom stall and observe women showering. An 18-year-old Oshkosh man was taken into custody by University police while still in the building. He was confined at the Winnebago County Jail on charges of Invasion of Privacy (942.08(2)), Disorderly Conduct (947.01) and Obstructing an Officer.
