The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh opened the doors to Kolf Sports Center to the campus and community for free on Saturday, Feb. 9 for a thrilling doubleheader of Titans men’s and women’s basketball (both teams won!) and a short rededication ceremony recognizing the tremendous impact Kolf Sports Center has had on the campus, the community and the region over its lifetime.
The building’s rededication was the culmination of more than $4 million of investment in renovations over the last 12 years. Kolf family members, Titan alumni and state, city of Oshkosh and University officials joined in sharing a few remarks and reflections on the tremendous impact Kolf has had over its 41 years on UW Oshkosh and in the New North region… Here’s the full ceremony from Feb. 9:
