Oshkosh’s troubled downtown hotel has new owners. The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Foundation and John Pfefferle and Rich Batley, partners in Appleton’s CopperLeaf Hotel, on Tuesday announced their purchase of the City Center Hotel for $2.1 million.
