Wisconsin business leaders and trade experts gathered Nov. 20 at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh for a seminar on the expanding markets of Latin America. New Collaboration: The New North Doing Business in Latin America provided information to small- and medium-sized companies about business opportunities beyond U.S. borders, particularly in the Andean Region of South America.
