Parents and University of Wisconsin Oshkosh staff read books with children in an igloo in Alaska, a castle in England and a grass hut in Africa Nov. 12 at the Children’s Learning and Care Center’s 2009 “Read Around the World.” The reading program was held in conjunction with the center’s annual Fall Scholastic Book Fair.
