Superheroes, fairies and other characters from the Oshkosh area played Halloween games and went trick-or-treating with members of several University of Wisconsin Oshkosh student organizations Oct. 29 in the Titan Underground. The annual Halloween Carnival, sponsored by the Reeve Union Board, featured a costume contest and a student organization decoration contest.
