Horizons was named the local grand champion, and Arashi secured the title of visiting grand champion at the Oshkosh Community Dragonboat Race and Festival, Sept. 26. The awards are as follows:
- Division A Champions: Arashi
- Second place: Motley Crew
- Third place: Wikiwiki Wahine
- Division B Champions: Southwest Strokers
- Division C Champions: N’Sinc
- Division D Champions: Greek Life
- Education Champs: OASD
- Health and Wellness Champs: Oshkosh YMCA
- Independent Champs: Arashi
- Industry Champs: Oshkosh
- Non-profit Champs: Horizons
- Service Champs: Art City Signs
- Student Champs: Club Nippon
