Fox Valley Technical College students in the Cooperative Association of States for Scholarships (CASS) program performed cultural dances in traditional dress at a cookout hosted by the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Student Organization of Latinos on Sept. 15 at the Multicultural Education Center. The event is one of the many Hispanic Heritage Month activities scheduled through Oct. 8.
