The transformation of a former Cub Foods building to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh's Campus Services Center, 650 Witzel Ave., concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 15. Leaders from the University, UW Oshkosh Foundation Board of Directors, the Division of State Facilities and Chamco Inc. shared observations about the successful collaboration. The ceremony was followed by tours of the facility, which is home to the University's Facilities Management, Central Stores/Receiving, Document Services and Postal Services departments.
