The following announcements were supplied by the Office of Grants and Faculty Development:

• UW Oshkosh received $3,000 from UW System and WiSys for “A Multi-gene Approach to the Systematics of the Phylum Glomeromycota (Kingdom Fungi).” Stephen Bentivenga, biology and microbiology, is the project director.

• UW Oshkosh received $8,309 from the University of Kentucky Research Foundation for “Delivering a Tool for Ae. polynesiensis Population Replacement.” Michelle Michalski, biology and microbiology, is the project director.

• UW Oshkosh received $3,000 from UW System and WiSys for “RUI: Integrating Computational and Biological Teaching and Scholarship Through Research in Biomolecular Structure and Function.” Arlene Haffa, chemistry, is the project director.

• Jane Purse-Wiedenhoeft, theatre, will attend the Catherine Fitzmaurice 5-Day Intensive Voice Workshop, Aug. 13-17 in Chicago. She received support through the Faculty Development Program, Off-Campus.
