University of Wisconsin Oshkosh alumni are needed to power the UW Oshkosh Alumni/Foundation Nation Team’s boat during the 2009 Oshkosh Community Dragonboat Race and Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26, as part of the University’s Fall Fest on the Fox activities.

Teams comprised of 20 paddlers and a drummer rely on synchronicity more than strength to paddle the 40-foot-long canoe-like vessels down the Fox River. The daylong event is held at Riverside Park and Leach Amphitheater in downtown Oshkosh.
