The Oshkosh Student Association presents awards to Chancellor Richard Wells and Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Petra Roter May 5 in Dempsey Hall. Wells is the first recipient of the new Oshkosh Student Association Shared Governance Award for continued commitment to students and the shared-governance process. Roter received the Doug McLean Memorial Award for student advocacy and outstanding dedication, commitment and service to students.
