Developers and the city of Oshkosh are making steady progress on the renovation of the former City Center Hotel. Hoffman LLC continues to work on building renovations, while new owners Rich Batley, John Pfefferle and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Foundation have offered to donate a strip of land along the Fox River to the city of Oshkosh for construction of the river walk urban trail segment this summer.
