Lt. Col. Conseulo Castillo Kickbusch, U.S. Army, retired, gives a motivational speech April 17 at Kolf Sports Center as part of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Multicultural Preview Day. The annual event was attended by high school students from across Wisconsin and members of the UW Oshkosh campus community.
