University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Greek leader Ethan Turner received the $500 Patrick W. Halloran award from Order of Omega last month.

Order of Omega is a National Honorary Society that recognizes outstanding Greek leaders in order to better the Greek community and aid in its excellence of leadership, scholarship and service.

Turner received this scholarship due to his outstanding level of involvement, leadership and academic success.

“It was an honor to be awarded this scholarship and be one of the few that has the chance to apply for it,” Turner said.

Since 1985, Order of Omega has been recognizing students all over the nation for their achievements. Nearly $850,000 worth of scholarships has been awarded to Greek men and women all over the nation since Order of Omega began.
