The Governor has directed that Dec. 7, 2011, federal and state flags shall be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds and military installations of the state of Wisconsin until sunset in observance of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

Executive Order #52 is issued as a mark of respect for the 3,000 Americans who were killed or wounded as a result of their service at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941.
