Students, alumni and community members looking for a well-paid, part-time position with weekends off can look no further the Alta Resources career fair, hosted by University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Career Services.
Participants will have the chance to network, explore opportunities with the company, distribute their resumes and, perhaps, to have an on-the-spot interview from 4 to 6 p.m. Nov. 20 at Reeve Memorial Union Concourse and the Crescent Café, 748 Algoma Blvd. The event is free.
The 30 part-time customer care representative positions are located at Alta Resource’s Neenah location, with pay starting at $9.50 per hour plus incentives. The company is interested in candidates who have strong customer-service skills, are computer savvy, or are bilingual in Spanish. Hours of operation are 4 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Those who attend the Alta Resources Career Fair are encouraged to dress professionally and to bring several copies of their resume.
