Almost two years in construction, and several more in planning, this time lapse video of the build out of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Sage Hall shows the dynamic building’s evolution since ground was broken on the project — one of the largest ever in the New North — in October 2009.

University, state and community leaders gathered on Sept. 23 to dedicate the academic center, the greenest and most-sustainably constructed of its kind in the state. It’s the first new academic building on the UW Oshkosh campus in 40 years.
