Sen. Russ Feingold spoke Oct. 28 at a “Vote Early for Change” Rally at Reeve Memorial Union. Sen. Feingold encouraged the crowd to vote early. Other speakers included Jessica King, who is running for the Wisconsin’s 18th Senate District, Gordon Hintz, who is running for re-election for the state’s 54th Assembly District, and UW Oshkosh student Madeline Wirtz.
