The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s only for-students/by-students online portal recently got an upgrade, including additional features, an enhanced look and a new name.

MyUWO (www.uwosh.edu/myuwo), conceived and developed by the student employees of UW Oshkosh’s Residence Life department, provides students with a one-stop, easy-to-navigate page populated with tools for many on-campus services, such as access to D2L, TitanFiles, TitanMail as well as TitanCard balance — all with a single login.

In addition to finding calendar feeds from Reeve Happenings and ResLife Events, students also will be able to peruse headlines from The Advance Titan, CNN and UW Oshkosh Today and read OSA news.

The easily customizable site also offers the following features:

  • A text-messaging service
  • Culver’s flavor of the day for both Oshkosh locations
  • Weather updates
  • Road condition reports

Students living on campus also can use MyUWO to:

  • Check bandwidth statistics
  • Add/remove registered devices
  • Download free anti-virus software
  • Submit and check the status of maintenance request forms
  • Check room assignments

The rebranding of MyUWO was a collaboration between Residence Life’s Management Information Office (MIO) and the Integrated Marketing and Communications department (IMC).
