The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus returned to life Aug. 31 as freshmen moved into their residence halls for the first time. The students are among the 1,850 freshmen registered for the 2008-2009 academic year. Returning students move into their residence halls Sept. 1. Classes begin Sept. 3.
