Flags will be flown at half-staff at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh at sunrise on Monday, March 21, 2011, as a mark of respect for Police Officer Craig Birkholz of the Fond Du Lac Police Department, who lost his life in the line of duty. Gov. Scott Walker has directed that U.S. and Wisconsin flags be flown at half-staff at all state buildings, grounds and military installations until sunset on Saturday, March 26, 2011.
