Dr. Rachel Cromheecke, the Title IX Coordinator for UW Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac campuses is excited to share her expertise with the university an extensive background in investigations, public and employee relations, public policy and administration, and creating/implementing process improvement strategies. Her talents and passions are for education and empowering people through complex processes with compassion and integrity.
Dr. Cromheecke lives in La Crosse, Wisconsin with her husband and four children. Much of her time outside of higher education is spent supporting youth girls’ soccer (RUSH Wisconsin West and ODP), mentoring other legal and advocate professionals (Winona State University’s Legal Studies), and staying active in her community (Volunteer Advisor to Winona State University Women’s Hockey Club and usually as a parent rep for her kids’ teams). Dr. Cromheecke is a trauma-informed trained mediator and consultant (most often facilitating difficult conversations in the workplace, mentoring fellow TIX/DEI professionals, and teaching coping skills). If there is unused time in her day, she loves to fill it listening to true crime podcasts, traveling, walking/hiking, canoeing, writing, and practicing meditation.
