The migration of all student accounts has been completed today! Thank you students for your patience and perseverance through this transition. I hope that you will find the new tools available to you, especially the calendar, drive, and chat useful. Please remember to ‘chat responsibly’ (not in class). Google labs can provide some useful customization to your account. We will have TitanTutors available in the Halsey lab during Labor Day weekend and other training options during the first part of the semester. You can always find answers and training handouts at the TitanApps website, especially instructions for mobile device access.
Now we begin a three week push to migrate the remaining employee and affiliate accounts. We expect to be done with the process by August 3. We will send an email to your TitanMail account four working days before your copy date to remind you what we’ll be doing. You will also receive an email three working days before your copy date with your temporary TitanApps password. To help make the change as smooth as possible, please read the emails we send and follow the directions provided. If possible, please delete emails from your TitanMail account that you no longer need. The smaller your mailbox, the faster it will copy.
