It is the mission of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Testing Services to provide high quality testing and instructional assessment services which adhere to the National College Testing Association Professional Standards and Guidelines and governmental regulations that promote responsible fiscal, legal, ethical and equitable practices within an environment of continuous quality improvement, business innovation and technological advancement.
