Program Withdrawal
As soon as your study abroad application status is “committed”, you are subject to the withdrawal and refund policy you signed. The withdrawal and refund policy is a financial contract between you and the university. It is in your best interest to read it thoroughly!
- To withdraw BEFORE your application status is “committed”, log in to the online study abroad application portal, click on “Titan Programs”, select your program and click on “View Details”, click on “withdraw”. You’ll be asked to select one or more withdrawal reasons, then finalize your withdraw by clicking on “WITHDRAW APPLICATION”.
- To request a withdrawal fee estimate WHILE your application status is “committed”, log in to the online study abroad application portal, click on “Titan Programs”, select your program and click on “View Details”. Click “Request to Withdraw”, type your reason for withdrawal, then click “Request to Withdraw” again. Confirm that you saw that the request was sent by clicking “Okay”.
I want to double confirm that the Study Abroad Office has received my withdrawal or request for a withdrawal fee estimate.
To ensure that your withdrawal or request to withdraw has been received in the Study Abroad Office, use the “Messages” tool in the application portal to confirm your request in writing.
