orientation steps

1. ORIENTATION PRESENTATION
   You’ll receive access to a self-paced online orientation through the online study abroad application portal.
2. ORIENTATION QUIZ
   All travelers are required to complete and submit the orientation quiz.  The quiz is accessible to confirmed travelers in the “forms” section of the study abroad application portal.  Participants who do not complete orientation requirements prior to the orientation deadline will be removed from their programs. The withdrawal and refund policy will apply.
3. QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION (OPTIONAL)
   The date & time for a virtual Q&A for travelers and their family members will be announced after the self-paced orientation deadline.
4. ADDITIONAL ORIENTATION
   Your program leader may require attendance at additional sessions before or after travel.  These sessions count toward the class requirements for your program.
