Angela Hawley, MSN, RN, APNP, FNP-C

Angela received her B.S. in Nursing from Marquette University in 2006 and M.S. in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2012. Having started her nursing career on a Neurosurgery unit at Froedtert Hospital, she ventured into Labor and Delivery shortly thereafter. She continued her career as a Labor and Delivery nurse while completing her graduate education to become a family nurse practitioner. She previously worked as a nurse practitioner in a women’s health clinic in Neenah and is now excited to be practicing in primary care at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where she began working in August 2015.
Cynthia Brown, MD, FACOG, MHA

Cynthia received her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Boston University Medical Center and is a board-certified OB/GYN physician. She then moved to Wisconsin where she practiced for 18 years at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin as well as at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay campus. In 2020, Cynthia completed her master’s in healthcare administration. She joined the staff of the Student Health Center as Medical Director in 2021. Cynthia is excited to join the dedicated, wonderful team here and to use her skills, knowledge, and experience for the benefit of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh community.
Tricia Burnell, MSN, RN, APNP, FNP-C

Tricia received her B.S. in Nursing from Bellin College of Nursing and her M.S. in Nursing from Concordia University Wisconsin. Tricia started her nursing career working Labor and Delivery in the Green Bay area and transitioned into a Women’s Health and Ob/Gyn clinic, NICU care, and Nursing Home Support. Continuing her education as a Family Nurse Practitioner has allowed the ability to provide primary care to the student community at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Tricia has been working with the Student Health Center since 2021.
In her spare time, Tricia enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, baking, being outside, and supporting family in new adventures.
Trisha Loehrke, MSN, RN, APNP, FNP-C

Trisha is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through the BSN@Home program at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and her Master of Science in Nursing from Marian University. She has experience in primary care, urgent care, nursing home primary provider roles, and mental health settings. Trisha is excited to bring her experience to her primary care role at UW–Oshkosh Health Services Clinic.
Shelly Weisheipl, MSN, RN, CNM, FNP-C

Shelly received her B.S. in Nursing from UW Oshkosh, her M.S.N from Marquette University, and her family nurse practitioner degree from Frontier Nursing University. Having started her career in labor and delivery as a nurse and subsequently as a certified nurse midwife, she continued her education by completing her post-masters education for her family nurse practitioner certificate.
In her spare time, Shelly enjoys spending time with family, baking, and gardening.
Lindsay Davel, DNP, PMHNP-BC, APNP

Lindsey completed her B.S.N. at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and continued on to pursue both her Masters and Doctoral work at the University of Wisconsin Madison with emphases on psychiatric nursing and psychiatry. “Dr. Lindsay” specializes in psychopathology and works with patients to develop a professional working partnership by providing mental health education to promote hope, coping skills, empowerment and meaning. She uses a nursing focus when conducting psychiatric evaluations, collaborating with individuals to develop recovery goals and evidenced-based treatment plans, and providing ongoing rehabilitation as needed. Davel joined the staff of the Student Health Center in early 2016 and also maintains a psychiatric outpatient practice at Aurora Medical Center in both Oshkosh and Fond du Lac.

Cindy received her B.S. in Nursing from Valparaiso University in Indiana. She started in the Intensive Care Unit in Hobart, Indiana, moved to Oshkosh in 1997, and then transitioned into the role of primary care nurse in Family Practice at Aurora Healthcare. With over 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse, Cindy has been employed in the Student Health Center since the fall of 2015 and is excited to work with the students and staff at the University of Wisconsin.

Brittany received her B.S in Human Service Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2020. She earned her Certification as a Medical Assistant while she worked in Pediatrics for 4 years. She is excited to join a wonderful team on campus and meet the students.

Haille received her B.S. in Biology and Medical Laboratory Science from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She began her career at Ascension-Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh in 2023 as a Medical Laboratory Scientist. Haille began working at the Student Health Center in 2024 and is excited to be back around the campus community that she was once recently a part of.
In her free time, Haille enjoys playing competitive sports, reading, and spending time with her two cats.

Robin received her B.S. in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She began her career at Ascension Medical Group as an Office Operations Assistant in 2018 before arriving at the Student Health Center in May 2022. Robin is excited to work with the students and staff at UWO.

Kim received her MSW from UW Oshkosh and her B.S. in Sociology, Psychology, and Ethnic Studies from Edgewood College. She previously held roles at UW Madison in Title IX, Survivor Services, and Violence Prevention. Kim also has experience working with the State Health Assessment and State Health Plan at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. She strives for her personal commitment to justice to always be reflected in her work. In her free time, Kim enjoys antique shopping, watching home renovation shows, and discussing pop culture.
