Medical Appeals for Tuition Credit
Medical appeals are for student requesting a credit of their tuition charges due to extenuating circumstances that occurred during semester. Example may include, extended periods of physical/mental illness of the student including hospitalization of the student or death of an immediate family member, and/or extenuating circumstances that have had severe on the student's ability to complete the semester.
Students requesting a credit must be officially withdrawn from course prior to submission of this medical appeal. The deadline date for submitting a medical appeal is 90 calendar days from the last day of the term from which you are withdrawn.
