VisionsofEarth is a DVD-based series derived from National Science Education Standards. It was designed to fit with current and future Earth science curricula in schools across the country. Drawing upon the American Geological Institute's huge geoscientific archive of HD television footage, this video looks at the hydrosphere and the atmosphere as they interact with Earth systems. It covers their formation and components, the water cycle, geological evidence of past climate change, extreme weather, and the future of the fluid spheres.
