In this film, RealChange director Sadhana Smiles explains how managers should respond to disengagement and undesirable changes in the culture of a team. A manager must be self-aware and understand his or her relationship with employees, and detect disengagement in its early stages. Smiles explains the warning signs of cultural problems and disengagement, and how to reengage staff. She explains why an employer may need to bring in external help in such a situation. She discusses team building exercises.
