Re-staged dances include Fanny Elssler's signature dance "Cachucha" and works by Henri Justamant, a French ballet master who notated scores of more than 100 ballets. Footage is supplemented by illustrations from the Derra de Moroda Dance Archives of Salzburg, Austria. The Written by University of Salzburg Department of Dance Studies Chair Professor Claudia Jeschke, and New York City Ailey School ballet teacher Robert Atwood.
