Description
Human nature makes us want to go toe to toe when we feel someone is unjustifiably venting anger towards us. Knowing how to defuse that anger, instead of fueling it further, is a skill that is highly prized in the business world. In this episode, the team encounters a neighbor irate because his car is blocked in. Language barriers, and the failure to address his issue in a timely manner, escalate the anger until one team member demonstrates his effective conflict resolution skills.
