Description
The importance of strategic planning by management can not be overstated. It allows managers to set goals and measure the success of their team in meeting them. In this episode two managers discover that there is no plan in place for an upcoming conference, and that they are on different pages when it comes to dealing with the situation. After some initial finger pointing, they begin setting some goals and commence a short burst planning session.
